LEARN FOLKLORE DANCE, ANDEAN MUSIC, OR TRADITIONAL EMBROIDERY!
While taking one week of Spanish classes, we also enroll you in 4 hours of class practicing a traditional art of your choice! Learn the traditional folklore dance of the region, or learn to play an Andean instrument, such as charango, guitar, flute, or quena. Both opportunities will offer you an immersion in authentic Andean music. Or perhaps you like to work with your hands? In addition to your Spanish classes, take 4 hours of embroidery class. Embroidery is a common practice here in Pucará, and many women make a living embroidering traditional blouses and belts.
